The Accident Compensation Conciliation Service (ACCS) is a body corporate under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013. This website is owned and operated by ACCS, trading as the Workplace Injury Commission (WIC), under the domain names www.wic.vic.gov.au and firstname.lastname@example.org.
WIC collects and handles personal information and health information about individuals who have requested the provision of conciliation and arbitration services, employees and other persons, including third party service providers, who assist WIC in carrying out its functions and activities.
WIC is subject to the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs) and Health Privacy Principles (HPPs) set out in the Privacy and Data Protection 2014 and the Health Records Act 2001 as minimum standards when dealing with personal and health information.

We may use your email address for any purpose for which you provide it.
